Personal contact information collected from sellers contracting to place a vehicle advertisement on the Online-CarSales.com Web site is used by Online-CarSales.com strictly as a means of contacting the seller in regards to their vehicle advertisement.

Online-CarSales.com is committed to your privacy and will not share any personal information with any third party at any time, except for contact information deemed necessary to enable viewers to contact the seller regarding their vehicle for sale.

Advertiser Agreement

For paid advertisements, the advertiser may determine which types of contact information to include in their advertisement, (i.e. phone number, address, email, etc).

For free advertisements, the minimum required contact information is city, state and email address.  Seller may display their telephone number if desired, but is not required.  If seller prefers not display their personal email address in their ad, for a nominal fee, (currently FREE), we can set up an email redirect which allows viewers to contact you about your vehicle without your actual email address being displayed in your car advertisement.  This additional service must be requested on free advertisements, and is only available on ads that include photos; sorry it takes me longer to set up your advertisement and your personal email redirect than some people are willing to spend writing their own car advertisement.

Advertisers agree to allow Online-CarSales.com to retain their vehicle description and pictures for display on
Online-CarSales.com in perpetuity.  Once your vehicle has been sold, your contact information will be removed from our site and your advertisement edited to indicate that your vehicle has been sold.

By placing an advertisement on Online-CarSales.com, you agree to contact us by email when your vehicle has sold, regardless of the method by which it was sold.  You also agree to accept periodic emails from Online-CarSales.com regarding the status of your vehicle.
