History: I purchased this beautiful 1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale muscle-car convertible in May 2003 at the Mecum Spring Classic Car Auction. I believe the car had just two, possibly three previous owners. The owner previous to me said his family used the car in a couple of his daughters' weddings, in about six parades and an occasional pleasure drive.

In the three years that I have owned this beauty, I have only placed approximately 300 miles on her. Most of those miles were incurred traveling to and from car shows. I never entered her into any car shows because I didn't feel the reward was worth the risk of having someone scratch her beautiful paint.

Her 455 cubic inch engine provides plenty of horsepower and torque to hustle her down the highway, as the sweet song of her dual exhausts lend notice to, "Step aside... Olds 455 powered coming thru". Drop her incredible convertible top, snap-up the vinyl boot and motor down the road soaking up the sun, the wind and the more than occasional thumbs-ups, smiles and shouts, "Hey... nice car!".

She is truly a beautiful automobile and muscle car in her own right. No apologies need be made in regard to the appearance or performance of this car.
